POLICY CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Cancellation policy is mentioned in Factura that each clients receive and pay prior to the arrival date. According to cancellation policy of hotels and local touroperators cancellation charges could be up to 100% of booking cost and client will be informed in advance. No refunds will be allowed for missed services or any no-show to the hotel or early check-out from the hotel .

If the reservation allows changes, and in addition to the expenses for modification of reservation that the provider applies (if any) MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L. will apply the following expenses for the management — 15 € per reservation.
Cancellation fees
In addition to the reservation cancellation fees applied by the provider (if any), MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L. will apply the following expenses for the management*: For reservations whose total amount is less than or equal to € 500, € 15 per person. For reservations whose total amount is more than 500 € and less than or equal to 1000€, 25€ per person. For reservations whose total amount is more than € 1,000, € 50 per person *Cancellation management fees for other products or package travel reservations: an additional cost of € 15 per reservation will be charged. These expenses will be applied regardless of the moment the change or cancellation of the reservation is requested. Remember that MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L. will always inform you in advance of the conditions of modification and / or cancellation of the reservation, whatever the chosen product. If more than 5 rooms are booked in the same establishment, even if they are booked separately, the hotel may consider them a «group reservation» and, therefore, apply a different changes and cancellations policy than the one indicated here. Please inform yourself about these conditions by contacting us by phone before making a reservation. Travel Protection
MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L. highly recommends that you purchase a travel insurance to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. Travel insurance can include coverage for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more.

Limit of Liability
MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L acts only as an agent for the supplier in regards to travel, whether by plane, car, motor coach, ship, or railroad, and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect of any vehicle, act of war, revolt or other civil uprising, other military action, strikes or acts of God occurring in either the country of origin, destination or through passage, or for any reason whatsoever, or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in the arrangements of the tour. MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L assumes no liability for losses or additional expenses because of delays or changes in air schedules or any other causes. All such losses or expenses will be the responsibilities of the member of the tour, as the rates provided are for the arrangements only at the time stated MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the itinerary and to cancel any tour prior to departure with permission of payee. MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L assumes no liability for damage or loss of luggage before, during, or after the tour. MEDIOLANA EXPERT S.L. is not responsible for passport/visa regulations of the countries of departure/arrival/transit, client take all responsibility to have all necessary documents and visas to pass custom and passport control of the booked destination. Client should take care of necessity vaccines in the countries where’s going.

What is PSD2 and how does it affect me?
The PSD2 is the new European directive regulating the provision of payment services and electronic payment transactions. It was transposed to the legislation of Spain by Royal Decree Law 19/2018, of 23 November, on payment services and other urgent financial measures.
